Writing

The Liminal Compass
My writing explores diaspora life, multilingual masking, neurodivergence, and chronic illness from my own lived experience as a Greek-American third culture kid. In my work I weave personal experience with systemic observations. This is my foundation. It is the depth that underpins what I bring to one-to-one and organisational work. If you’d like to subscribe to my writing, please click here.
Just type in your email and hit subscribe. You’ll receive 2-3 pieces a month directly from me at The Liminal Compass where I explore the in‑between: diaspora grief, chronic illness, healing through story, and the messy, sacred work of living with an altered body. I also share prompts for artistic expression every month – they are entry points into the liminal, places where they cracks give way to something more. Come along with me as we find the wisdom of the in-between. Read more about my point of view as a Greek diaspora writer here.
