How do you communicate your needs and claim your identity
when your body, mind, and culture feel like they’re speaking different languages?
these aren’t separate issues, they’re interconnected layers of who you are

I’m a Greek diaspora woman living with late-diagnosed ADHD and fluctuating chronic illness. I’ve navigated healthcare systems across continents, built a life between languages and cultures, and spent years learning how to function in a world that wasn’t designed for people like me. I write about myth, identity, and the body. My writing and work are about reclaiming what gets lost when you grow up between worlds. read more
