This is a space for tools, references, and companions for the in-between. The two main offers at the moment are Prompts for Artistic Expression and the Living Hellenes List.
Downloadable Resources
If you’re exploring identity and self-discovery, consider some of these artistic expression prompts worksheets below. I don’t call them writing prompts because they’re not. They are a jumping off point to feeling.
This is your invitation to feel today. To be human, if only just for a moment.
Pick your favourite medium: writing, painting, song, movement or any other form you gravitate towards. Give yourself the space to feel into what comes up.
Prompts for Artistic Expression
PDFs below. Each is in a drop-down menu under the title and description. Just click on the title to see a preview of the PDF. Then you can click the download button to save your own free copy.

Prompts for Finding the Wisdom of the In-Between: for those who live between cultures, neurotypes or states of health; explore the spaces in-between the categories others put you in.

Prompts for Multilingual Maskers: for the neurodiverse code-switchers. If you’re constantly switching personas to fit, if you don’t feel welcomed as you are. Especially useful for folks on the ADHD & Autism spectrums.

Prompts for Connecting to Selene: for anyone who’s exploring the hidden realms and the liminal, the ones who feel called by the moon and seen in the darkness. For times when you are looking to understand that which you have had to hide, or which is being newly formed.
Collage & Journaling Workbooks
If you’re looking to go deeper, check out The Liminal Compass Workbook Series. Each one comes with 8 digital collages and 14 journaling prompts to help you find the wisdom of the in-between. They can be purchased here.

Living Hellenes List
This list is a living archive of individuals and organisations across Greece, Cyprus, and the diaspora that have a living relationship with Hellenic heritage. It includes people working in ritual, scholarship, literature, visual art, performance, and craft. They all share a commitment to engaging with Greek culture as a living tradition rather than a frozen artifact.
