Finding Systems That Fit
For organisations supporting people and systems through complex transitions
I bring fifteen years of experience in adult education, cross-cultural communication, and curriculum design, alongside ICF-accredited coaching training along with lived experience of migration, repatriation, chronic illness, and neurodivergence.
My work supports organisations to design learning environments, curricula, and support structures that are accessible, sustainable, and responsive to complex realities.
My Approach Is:
- Trauma-aware and non-pathologising
- Culturally responsive and intersectional
- Grounded in education, not clinical treatment
- Designed for sustainability and capacity
I work collaboratively with teams to clarify needs, strengthen communication, and develop resources that meet people where they are, without overburdening staff or participants.
This work is especially relevant for organisations serving
- Women and marginalised groups navigating systemic barriers
- Refugees and asylum seekers
- Migrant and diaspora communities
- Third Culture Kids and internationally mobile populations
- Neurodivergent adults
- People living with chronic or invisible illness
Providing short-term or ongoing consultation for:
- Programme & Curriculum Design
- Training & Workshops
- Systems Design for Underserved Communities
This work is particularly suited to organisations operating under high emotional demand and limited resources.
Sessions can be delivered online or in person, and adapted for short workshops or multi-session programmes.

Working Together
If you’re exploring collaboration, I’m happy to have an initial conversation to understand your context, goals, and constraints. This conversation is exploratory and non-obligatory

While I use terms such as coach and consultant for clarity and searchability, my work is rooted in education, mutual learning, and collaboration. I do not provide therapy or medical services. My role is to support understanding, communication, and system design, particularly where standard frameworks fall short.
