My writing is personal. Pieces explore diaspora life, multilingual masking, neurodivergence, and chronic illness from my own lived experience as a Greek-American third culture kid. This work is my foundation. It illustrates the reflective practice and depth that underpin what I bring to one-to-one and organisational work.
