How do you communicate your needs and claim your identity when your body, mind, and culture feel like they’re speaking different languages?
These aren’t separate issues,
they’re interconnected layers of who you are.
If you feel exhausted from constantly translating
your symptoms to doctors,
your feelings to partners,
your culture to colleagues,
and your reality to a world that doesn’t quite understand you,
you’re in the right place.

I’m Maria
An educator and guide working at the intersections of culture, health, identity, and life transitions. With fifteen years in adult education across cultures, a Master’s degree in Linguistics alongside ICF-accredited coaching training (ACC pathway), I work as a companion and guide.
My path has been shaped by lived experience: migration, repatriation, late-diagnosed neurodivergence, and chronic illness across multiple healthcare systems.
